1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

2Eligibility

Use of the jekwin Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the Player's use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. jekwin strictly prohibits access by minors. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately closed, all transactions voided, and any remaining balance returned in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. The Platform is designed and operated to serve the Indonesian market.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• Personal Use: You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or trustee for a third party.
• Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement with jekwin or any affiliated platform.

3Account Registration

To access betting and gaming services on jekwin, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold exactly one active Account on the jekwin Platform. Opening duplicate Accounts is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. Providing false information constitutes fraud and voids the Agreement.
3. Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. jekwin will never request your passw ord via any communication channel. You must notify jekwin support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
4. Account Transfer: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your Account or any entitlements associated with it to any third party.
5. Contact Details: You are responsible for keeping your registered contact information up to date. jekwin accepts no liability for failed communications resulting from outdated contact details.

4Identity Verification (KYC)

jekwin operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program in line with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be triggered at other points during a Player's activity on the Platform.

Documents typically required for KYC verification include:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A clear scan or photograph of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where withdrawals are processed to a bank account, a copy of the bank passbook front page or an official bank statement confirming ownership of the account registered under your jekwin profile.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your government-issued ID alongside a handwritten note bearing today's date and the text "jekwin", as requested by our compliance team.

jekwin reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals while KYC review is in progress. Failure to complete KYC within 30 calendar days of being requested may result in Account suspension and a review of the Account balance in accordance with our AML policy.

5Deposits

jekwin accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Accepted Methods: Bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposit Ownership: All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned less any processing fees incurred.
• Processing Time: Bank transfer deposits are typically credited to your jekwin Account within 5–15 minutes of confirmation. E-wallet deposits are usually instant.
• Deposit Fees: jekwin does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which jekwin accepts no responsibility.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set voluntary deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming section of their Account dashboard. jekwin also applies platform-level transaction limits that may vary by payment method.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your jekwin Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• KYC Requirement: All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be queued until verification is approved.
• Same-Name Rule: Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same legal name as your jekwin Account. Requests to third-party accounts will be declined.
• Processing Time: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 1–6 hours during business hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the following business day.
• Pending Wagering Requirements: Real-money winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Withdrawal Review: jekwin reserves the right to conduct additional security and AML checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend the processing time. Players will be informed if additional information is required.
• Withdrawal Fees: jekwin does not currently charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. This policy is subject to change with prior notice published on the Platform.

7Bonuses & Promotions

jekwin offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. Eligibility: Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit amount, qualifying games or markets, and the timeframe during which the promotion is active.
2. Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable multiple (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated prominently at the time of bonus activation. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
3. Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer table games typically contribute 10%–20%; togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets contribute at the rate specified in the promotion's individual terms.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking.
5. Abuse and Fraud: jekwin employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage across promotions, and low-risk balanced betting to meet wagering requirements. Where abuse is identified, jekwin reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the Account.
6. Modification and Withdrawal: jekwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Bonuses already activated and in progress will be honored under the terms in place at the time of activation.

8Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the jekwin Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted only when jekwin's system confirms it and issues a unique bet reference. Bets that fail to receive confirmation due to technical error are not valid and will be refunded.
• Odds and Prices: All odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. jekwin displays odds in decimal format by default. Errors in displayed odds (manifest errors) do not constitute a valid offer; any bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds may be voided.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake values per bet vary by market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. jekwin reserves the right to restrict stake limits for any individual Player, market, or event at its sole discretion.
• Void Bets: jekwin may void a bet if the relevant event is cancelled, the bet was placed on erroneous odds, or there is credible evidence of match-fixing or irregular activity relating to the event.
• Live Betting: Bets placed on live (in-play) events are subject to slight delays in processing to prevent exploitation of delayed data feeds. jekwin accepts no liability for bet outcomes affected by data latency issues outside our control.
• Casino Games: All casino games, including slots (including the category commonly referred to as slot gacor — high-RTP, frequently paying slots), live dealer tables, and number games, are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Game results are independently audited for fairness.
• Disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding a bet or game outcome, the record held by jekwin's server logs shall be the definitive reference. Players must raise disputes within 14 calendar days of the relevant event.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jekwin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion arrangement.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal, fraudulent, or money-laundering activity.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or casino game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or scrape data from the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in bandar bola (unlicensed sports-book brokerage) activity using jekwin's markets as a base to offer unofficial odds to third parties.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or reproduce any part of the Platform's software, data feeds, or proprietary content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jekwin staff or other Players via any communication channel.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the jekwin Platform — including but not limited to the jekwin brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, data feeds, odds compilations, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jekwin or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial use of any Platform content without the prior written consent of jekwin.

11Privacy & Data

jekwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used exclusively for Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes. jekwin does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jekwin's total liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jekwin shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, internet service outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Errors in third-party data feeds (e.g., live sports score providers) that may briefly affect displayed odds or results.
• Any regulatory, tax, or legal consequences arising from a Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted.

13Account Suspension & Termination

jekwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void balances, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider.
• The Player's request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming program.
• jekwin's decision to withdraw services from a particular market or jurisdiction.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be returned via the Player's registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

14Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law. jekwin operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that you are accessing the Platform of your own volition and take personal responsibility for ensuring that such use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through jekwin's internal dispute resolution process (see Section 16 — Contact) within 30 days shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with rules agreed upon by both parties in writing.

15Amendments

jekwin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notification on the Platform and, where appropriate, via registered email, with a minimum notice period of 7 calendar days before the new terms take effect.

Your continued use of the jekwin Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
